First, there's an initial interview, usually with the recruiting team or the technical area. They'll check your experience, skills, language level, and if your profile fits the job. If you pass this first stage, they'll schedule a second interview, which is usually more in-depth. Here, they might ask more specific questions about your work, practical cases, or real-life situations to see how you think and solve problems.

Accounts Payable Specialist
The interview process was quick and straightforward, possibly indicating a need for more staff due to the new regional HQ expansion. I only had one interview session with the department manager. Since it's a Chinese company, proficiency in Mandarin is required.
- Can you work overtime?
Customer Service Manager
The recruiters who make the initial contact are quite friendly, but they lack basic respect and don't bother to provide a negative response. They simply disappear, and you never hear back from them via message or email. I think giving a negative response is unpleasant, but not getting any response at all is even worse!

Customer Support Assistant
A recruiter contacted me on WhatsApp with job details. I hadn't applied, but it was active selection. The benefits, salary, and duties interested me, as I have experience. The first stage was an online interview with HR, a group interview. It went great. Two days later, the recruiter messaged saying I passed and the next step was an interview with the manager for the next day. I confirmed and she scheduled it, sending the link. The next day, I took an hour off work for the interview. I joined the call 5 minutes early and waited. The scheduled time passed, then 10 more minutes, with no one joining. I messaged the recruiter that I was waiting but got no response. I waited another half hour, still no one showed up or explained what happened. The recruiter never contacted me again. I wasted my time and got no feedback. I won't interview with this company again; if this is how the process is, I can't imagine working there.
