Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at J.S. Held.
Consultant
It starts with an online interview that's behavioral. If you pass that, there's an in-person interview where you'll meet about 4 different people. This includes having lunch with staff. The interviews are mostly about your experience and give you a chance to ask questions.
- What is your interest in forensic accounting?
Senior Consultant
The interview process took a couple of months. It was very smooth and I had lots of communication with the people involved. All in all, it was a very easy and smooth process. I would recommend it.
- Can you tell me about your background?
- How does your previous work experience relate to this role?
Consultant
The interview process was straightforward and relaxed, conducted in person. It involved two interviewers and one candidate, lasting about 45 minutes to an hour. The questions were standard, traditional interview types, without any situational ones.
- Would you be interested in a role with a constantly changing job scope?
