An in-house recruiter contacted me and conducted an initial informal interview. The recruiter was unfriendly and lacked personality but asked standard questions. At the end of the call, they stated they would follow up within a week regarding the next steps or if they weren't moving forward, but they never did. This happened again when the same recruiter interviewed me for a different role and repeated the same promise, which also wasn't fulfilled. This shows a lack of integrity and makes me hesitant to engage with the company.
