It was an intense interview, but the person interviewing me was very nice. They even offered some advice for the second round. I had done some research, but I wish I had gotten more information about the company itself.

Behavioral Presentation

This was hands down the worst interview process I've ever been through, truly terrible. They moved me along really fast. There were meetings both virtual and in-person. Everyone I spoke with said I was a great fit. Then, they just stopped responding. Even after a bunch of conversations with everyone involved, I just got a generic email saying I didn't get the job. When I left a negative review, the head of recruiting sent a canned response saying they had to promote from within due to a shift in their business model. Having been involved in many interviews from both sides, this is not how you treat a candidate who put in a lot of time.

I applied online and got a call from a recruiter pretty quickly to set up a phone chat. The call was pretty chill and went well. The recruiter talked a lot about the pay and gave me tons of info about the company and the gig. We set up an in-person interview for about a week later. I met with two people from the team. It was only about 30 minutes, and I felt it was okay, but not amazing. They said I'd hear back in about two weeks. I wouldn't have been shocked if I got the job or if I didn't. I followed up with the recruiter two weeks later, but got no response. Then I followed up again two weeks after that (a month since the interview), asking about when decisions would be made. I never heard back from the recruiter, and never even got a rejection note or call. Honestly, that's pretty bad from a professional standpoint. I wasn't even mad about not getting the job, but it's a bummer the recruiter couldn't even take a moment to send a basic rejection email. Doesn't reflect well on the company.
