Standard application, then a phone screening, followed by an interview with the vice presidents. They were friendly and I explained my interest in cpm and familiarity with technologies. Then an offer.

I applied online and got a quick response for an interview. I went to the Madison office for a 45-minute meeting with two directors. It was pretty laid-back, maybe because it was at noon on a Friday.
- Can you tell me about your internship experience?
Project Engineer
The first interview was with an HR person and a Project Management Director. It was pretty short, about 10 minutes, and included some tough personal questions as well as questions about hobbies.
