Team Leader
It was easy and I got off my work schedule for my new job. I have a new phone number for my new job at the bud and I have no idea how much I can pay for it and I have no idea how much to pay it off but it’s so expensive for the price I can have use to buy more than anything I have.
- What is your salary expectation?
Team Leader
This was an internal interview, with questions focused on how I'd fit the role. They needed to know about my knowledge of previous CQSMA scores. Standard questions about conflict resolution were also asked. I was asked about my feelings on the importance of cross-training in the kitchen and on the floor.
- What is your understanding of our latest CQSMA scores and what actions have you taken to influence them?
- How do you see yourself fitting into this position?
- What's your familiarity with past CQSMA scores?
Team Leader
I emailed the pub manager expressing my interest in the Team Leader position. I explained why I wanted the role and what makes me suitable for it. I gave examples of how I've integrated into teams, how people come to me for questions, and how I've earned respect by leading by example. I also gave a quick summary of my past jobs and the skills I learned. Then, I had a face-to-face interview where we discussed customer service, teamwork, training, expectations, my transition from Bar Associate to Team Leader, and how I'd build trust with the team.
- What is your understanding of why kitchen training is important?
- Can you explain the benefits of being kitchen trained and how it helps the kitchen and yourself?
