I applied online and then got invited for an interview about a week later. The interview was held in the staff room with the manager, who was very nice. The questions seemed to be from a form. The interview lasted about 15 minutes. She mentioned she would call me back in two days, but I never heard from her.

My interview was pretty standard, lasted about 45 mins to an hour. I met with the kitchen manager 1:1. He asked me questions about my experience and skills that were on my CV. He took notes and observed my demeanor - like if I was smiling or making eye contact. I was asked about my knowledge of the company, what I expected from the job, my availability, and salary expectations. The interview went well, and I got the job offer. I did my induction and some initial training a few days later.
