The interview process was really quick and chill. They told me I got the job later the same day. It was a nice experience, fast and made me feel welcome. I waited in a quiet corner and they offered me a drink while I was waiting. The manager was nice.

After applying, I got a quick reply and was invited for an interview. Two managers discussed the position and requirements with me. We went over my CV. There was a role-play with customer situations. They assured me not to worry as all training would be provided. It was a pleasant interview process. I had to complete e-learning programs which take a few days but aren't very hard - they were well-structured modules. My second interview was a group interview, and I was given a guided tour of the premises, covering health and safety requirements.
