Server
It was a simple in-person chat. We talked about my background, how I could help out the restaurant, and my skills. Then we got into my availability, and by the end of the chat, they offered me the job and we discussed when I could start training.

It was a quick and easy interview process, and even though I didn't get hired, everyone was really nice. The manager seemed serious. The interview itself was super easy. I think they went with other candidates, which is totally fine. Loved the interior though.
