After an initial HR call, the interview consisted of a single, hour-long session. It was conducted professionally, and I received a response in under a week.

So for this role, there wasn't really a verbal interview at the start. Instead, it's like a series of exams you gotta pass. There's a written interview in there too, with some personal and situational questions, but those are pretty straightforward. The actual exam part is where it gets tougher.

The interview process is pretty straightforward. There are five interview rounds, starting with HR, then Global HR, then Territory-level, followed by Regional-level, and finally ending with the CXO-level interview. The interviews are mainly checking for cultural fit, behavioral skills, and technical abilities. For senior roles like this, they really focus on situation-based problem solving.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process spanned about two weeks. Initially, there was a phone interview, followed by a meeting with the department manager. The recruiter I spoke with on the phone was great; we really hit it off and even chatted about personal interests. I felt he was a good representation of the company culture. Scheduling the final interview with the department manager took about a week due to his busy schedule, which I understood. The interview was supposed to be 45 minutes but only lasted 10, even with the questions I asked to try and extend it. I suspect I faced discrimination based on my appearance because the manager only asked two brief questions about my experience. Despite meeting all the job requirements, I felt the tone shifted after he saw me. My appearance isn't a disqualifier for any job. Although the recruiter cited 'slightly more experience' in another candidate, I believe the decision was based on other factors. My experience is more than adequate for this role. I wouldn't recommend this company, even if offered the job, because they seem to hire based on reasons other than experience and qualifications.
