The interview process has 3 rounds. First, an HR round, then a telephonic technical round, and finally a third round which is also technical. It's quite straightforward if you have the technical knowledge. They might also have VNA rounds to assess your conversational skills, so be prepared for that.

We started with a self-introduction group discussion with 10 people. Then there was a technical round where we faced issues with slow performance, internet, and viruses. After that, a sales round where we had to sell at least 3 products. Finally, an HR round with questions about why BPO, 24*7 availability, and coping with sales and leaves, followed by an aptitude test and an offer letter.

First, there was an HR round for a face-to-face introduction. After that, there was a technical round where you should be prepared to be grilled with technical questions.
