Software QA Engineer
The hiring process was good. The interviewers are very friendly. The interview process is currently ongoing for me. I have completed 5 rounds. 3 technical rounds one with leadership and one HR. Interviewers try to get a detailed knowledge of your experience, see how you fit the company's roles and how flexible you can be to switch to multiple tasks - testing, automation, performance testing.
- Can you write SQL queries?
- Can you explain SQL joins?
QA Analyst
They don't really give interviews, they just take them. No reason is given for rejection. This organization has a number of rounds. First, they ask for an online SQL test. After you pass that, there are almost 4 rounds of interviews. The first screening round is different from the SQL test. They just conduct interviews and reject candidates without stating a reason, saying they can find resources in the market with less package and experience. If they are getting candidates for less, why interview high-experience resources?
- Can you tell me about QA methodologies?
- Do you have experience with SQL?
QA Engineer
The interview process at Ivalua is quite thorough and organized. You'll go through a few stages, including technical tests and interviews about your past experiences and how you handled them. The whole thing can take up to six weeks. But it's a good process because it's supportive and lets you show what you can do. Most people find it a positive and professional experience and get a good sense of the job and the company.
