Behavioral Technical

This company was probably the most unprofessional I've encountered. It started with the recruiter's first call. After that, every interaction, from the recruiter to the VP, was a disaster. The recruiter was terrible with communication, ignoring emails for days or weeks, then suddenly expecting me to be available for an interview with little notice. This pattern continued; I'd hear nothing until they were ready for the next step. The in-person interview involved meeting the recruiter, interviewers, managers, and the VP. The technical interviews were okay, as those interviewers seemed prepared. The others just wanted a casual chat and weren't prepared. There were long waits of 10-15 minutes between people, showing a lack of respect for time. The manager and VP interviews were the worst. Their accents and English were so bad it was hard to understand them, despite them speaking English. Other reviews also mention communication and unprofessionalism issues. It's best to avoid this company.

This was a multi-stage interview process. It started with a verbal part, then a practice test, followed by preparing a presentation, and then taking another test. Finally, I had meetings with people in both the US and France. Everyone I met was pleasant and smart, and they didn't seem to be trying to trick me. The questions they asked were detailed and based on my profile.

It was a really strange interview process. Everything felt super fast-paced, like they wanted to set up phone calls and even the in-person interview almost immediately, sometimes on the same day or the very next day, even on a Saturday. I had a phone chat with someone who might be a peer, but they weren't great at interviewing and asked about my salary expectations, which felt out of place for a peer. The face-to-face meeting was with the hiring manager and was pretty easy, just asking about my background. After that, I never heard back from them. The company seemed a bit disorganized based on what I gathered, with mentions of intense workloads, poor communication across teams and regions, and hiring people who weren't a great fit recently. Honestly, I wasn't very impressed and probably wouldn't apply again.
