The interview process primarily involved questions related to P2P. They inquired about supplier performance and the definition of a catalogue. My current role was also discussed. The overall interview process was considered decent.

Applied online and got a phone interview. This was just an initial screening call and it was followed by the Skype interview. The interviewer asked some basic questions about my background, experience etc. Then starting giving some crazy problems to solve. These problems were all over the place ranging from brain teasers to impossible logic problems to code problems to SQL query problems. The interviewer was more interested in showing off how smart he was instead of my skills and experience. Anyway, I was moved to the next round for a face-to-face interview. Met a few people over a few hours during the face-to-face. The same interviewer who was on Skype and another technical person interviewed the technical stuff. It was like a repeat of the Skype interview with problem solving for all types of problems again with both. It felt exactly the same as before. They both were trying to show off how smart they were rather than finding out about my skills, experience etc. Then I met a few people from the management who just talked about the usual soft-ball type stuff. After more than 5-6 hours of interviews, I was told that they would contact me and let me know the next steps. I didn't hear from them for over a week or so. I sent them an email and was told that my skills/experience doesn't match what they are looking for at the moment. If only any of them had tried to find out what I had to offer...

Behavioral Technical

Applied online and got a call back the same day. Then I met with 5 managers of various levels. It was more conversational than anything else. They asked a few simple questions about my background and interests. We discussed the company's culture and what they are looking for in this role. No tough or abstract questions were asked. The interviewers were all very friendly.
