It was a really simple and straightforward process for internships. I got a call from a recruiter who wanted to chat about me and my experience, and then I was scheduled to talk to a manager on-site not too long after. The manager on-site basically did the same thing as the recruiter but went into more detail about what my role would be if I got the job. I got the job offer pretty quickly after, and the recruiter would frequently reach out to check in. All in all, it was a great experience with their interview process.

I applied online and a couple days later they sent an email with some questions about what I've been up to since college, my Java skills, salary requirements, and if I had a security clearance. After I emailed them back, they wanted to set up a phone interview. About a week later, I had the interview. It was with HR and a lead Software Engineer. They mainly asked about college projects since that was all I had on my resume. The only technical question was about advanced data structures and their uses. It was a really friendly interview. I think it went okay, but they ended up going with someone else. The role was initially looking for people with a few years of experience, so that might have been why.
