ITT Interview Questions
& Process

It was a panel interview with two people. At the start, they asked about my background, and I was pretty focused. As it went on, I realized I was overqualified, but it was a good fit for me transitioning from the military to a government contractor. My military promotion boards really prepared me, so much so that the senior Field Service Engineer and I were almost discussing how to reword the hiring board questions for future applicants and interviewers to ensure everyone is on the same page.

First interview: introductory, usual questions: strengths, weaknesses, what role you take within teams, characteristic you want to improve. Second interview: also quite introductory but with the department head, also asked in English to test it.

It was a really simple and straightforward process for internships. I got a call from a recruiter who wanted to chat about me and my experience, and then I was scheduled to talk to a manager on-site not too long after. The manager on-site basically did the same thing as the recruiter but went into more detail about what my role would be if I got the job. I got the job offer pretty quickly after, and the recruiter would frequently reach out to check in. All in all, it was a great experience with their interview process.

I got a phone call about an interview with ITT Saudi Arabia. It was an in-person interview but in another city, so I had to drive there. The interview took about an hour. About two weeks later, I followed up with HR. They were really rude and told me I didn't get the job. I asked if they were going to email me about the decision, and they said no. They weren't going to call or email and then they hung up. I hope someone sees this and addresses how disrespectful and rude they were.
