I applied online and got an invite for a Zoom interview a few days later. The interview was really short. The interviewer didn't share much about the job itself but asked if I had experience in hospitality. They also asked about my preferred shifts and when I could work, which made me think they're mainly looking for people who can work any shift pattern at any time.

First, had an online interview on teams. Then, was invited for a trial shift. It started by meeting the team, then they asked about my availability before the trial shift. The trial shift was 2 hours long where I worked at the back, shadowing a staff member. I made a few mistakes, but the atmosphere was nice and all the staff were lovely. At the end, I had a quick interview with the manager. It was quick, and not stressful at all.
