First, had an online interview on teams. Then, was invited for a trial shift. It started by meeting the team, then they asked about my availability before the trial shift. The trial shift was 2 hours long where I worked at the back, shadowing a staff member. I made a few mistakes, but the atmosphere was nice and all the staff were lovely. At the end, I had a quick interview with the manager. It was quick, and not stressful at all.

The interview experience was great - I wish they were all this smooth. The process was straightforward and gave me a real feel for the company culture, which only reinforced my motivation to join the team. She was super responsive and made everything smooth from start to finish. The interviews were well-structured but felt more like genuine conversations than formal grillings. The culture seems collaborative and positive, with clear focus on growth and quality. Pros: - Clear communication throughout - Friendly, conversational approach - Transparent about role and culture Cons: - Didn't get the job at the end of the process

I found this part-time job by searching online. A few days after applying, I got a text and email about an interview. The ad didn't say much, but it was a good match for what I was looking for. The interviewer was friendly and made me feel comfortable. However, they were mainly looking for people who could commit to a long-term role. I mentioned I could only work until October, though I was flexible for a few months. Because of this, they didn't proceed with the standard interview questions. Instead, they said they'd check if there were any temporary positions available and would let me know. I'm not too hopeful about it. It's frustrating that the job ad wasn't clearer.

It was a 2/3 step interview process, and all the steps were pretty straightforward. The first stage focused on seeing if you were enthusiastic, a good team player, and knew about food safety rules. The second interview was with the store manager, where they wanted to see your willingness to work and if you seemed friendly. The third stage was a trial shift, where the main thing was to appear friendly and eager to learn. Overall, it was a pretty fun process.
