The interview process started with a phone interview, then a live interview with the manager. After that, there was another HR phone interview, and finally, an in-person HR interview. This was honestly one of the most unprofessional interviewing experiences I've had. They were very slow to respond to emails and phone calls, if they responded at all. The decision dates kept getting pushed back. It all seemed very unorganized, with too many red flags. I don't recommend it.

I talked directly with management about moving from an Admin role into Sales. I initiated the conversation with my manager, and we discussed the possibility. The company is really focused on sales, and my manager thought I'd be a good fit. We went over the details, and I took some time to think it over.

The interview process was pretty informal. The recruiter really tried to get a sense of whether I'd be a good fit, making it more of a personal chat. It felt pretty low-stress. There might be a more structured interview later, depending on the manager, but it's probably not too intense.
