Don't get too hyped up by positive reviews like I did. If they aren't really interested, they won't give you the time of day. Even after getting to the final interview stage, there was no follow-up from the recruiter and they kept me hanging for months.

I had a two-part interview process. First, I spoke with a staffing agency, which I think was actually the more critical part because they put me forward for a better role within the company. After that, I met with someone from ITSavvy's leadership team. Things got much simpler after the agency recommended me for that higher-level position.

The interview was very conversational. It never felt like I was being interviewed, and I enjoyed talking with everyone I met. The recruiter was very helpful and responsive throughout the whole process. The format included a recruiter screening, an in-person interview, and a video interview with the VP.
