The interview started with an aptitude round, which had 2 coding questions. The aptitude part covered English, logical reasoning, and quant topics. The coding questions were of average difficulty. Following that, there was one main interview round that combined technical, managerial, and HR aspects. The interviewers were quite friendly and the whole session lasted about 45 minutes. They also asked to see my marksheets for all the semesters.

Get ready for a lengthy hiring journey. It starts with a recruiter phone chat, followed by a technical interview via Skype and another technical phone interview that seems to rehash the Skype questions. Then, you're invited to a week-long optional orientation which is basically the first week of training. It's a good chance to see what they do, and the environment is pretty welcoming with trainers sharing their real-world experience. They give you assignments and projects, much like a class, to help you practice what you're learning, which I liked. After that week, they assess if you can handle the training pace. If you pass, you'll sign an 18-month contract starting from day one of training. WARNING: While it sounds good, they expect you to lie about having 5 years of experience on your resume after training when you start client interviews. I tried to negotiate, but your choices are to make up companies and experience and work for them, or not. You can't avoid it. So, if that's something you're okay with, then it's an option.

So the first thing is a phone screen, then you'll have a first-round interview. After that, there's a one-week orientation period. Once that's done, you'll have a second-round interview. If you do well in that second round, you'll then go into an 8-week training program, followed by marketing.
