- Do you prefer large or small projects?
Functional Analyst
It was a long and drawn out process, took about 3-4 months. Seemed like a waste of time. There were a few rounds. The first round was like an orientation with group rotations, and the last round was an in-office meeting with the team and HR.
- What makes this company a good fit for you?
Functional Analyst
The interview process involved an initial chat with HR, followed by some online exercises, and then a final interview with the department head. Overall, it was a good experience. They seemed keen to understand my preferences and what kind of work I was looking for, asking about my job aspirations and if I'd consider relocating. Their goal was to place me in a department that aligned with my interests.
- Are you open to international assignments?
- Would you like to work abroad?
