The interview process involved an initial chat with HR, followed by some online exercises, and then a final interview with the department head. Overall, it was a good experience. They seemed keen to understand my preferences and what kind of work I was looking for, asking about my job aspirations and if I'd consider relocating. Their goal was to place me in a department that aligned with my interests.

After applying, I got a voicemail from a recruiter. I called them back and had an impromptu phone interview. After that, I was invited to interview at the company in Atlanta. The interview was over 3 hours long and included a test, plus I interviewed with 6 different people. It's surprising, given how personal the interview process is, that they ignore your calls and emails and don't let you know if you don't get the job.

Pretty simple interview process. Started with a recruiter phone screen, then a more casual face-to-face chat, and finally a call with a manager based overseas. The whole thing moved fast because of timing. They asked a lot about my background, more for information than technical stuff, not many behavioral questions. I answered them in a way that helped make the interviews go more smoothly.

I was first contacted by an external recruiter. Then I had a phone screen that was somewhat technical with the internal recruiter. Following that, I had a Skype call with a technical architect the next week. After that call, I had another call with the internal recruiter. Once the feedback was evaluated, they invited me to Baltimore for an in-person group interview. This interview was with a different technical architect, a project manager, and the internal recruiter. The week after, I had a phone call with the VP of the consulting group.
