Technical Support Engineer

You start by applying online. Then, there's a customer service test and a typing test. The last step is an interview, after which you'll get a date to start training.

Trainer
First, you apply online and they look at your resume. If they like it, you'll chat with a recruiter or hiring manager on the phone to go over your background and the job. Then, you might have an interview with the hiring manager or a group of people where you'll talk about being a sales trainer, how you train people, and how you work with sales teams. They might ask you some questions about situations or behaviors too. Finally, you'll give a presentation, like a sample training session.

Customer Success Manager
Applied through ZipRecruiter and got contacted a few days later. Had a phone interview covering my resume, skills, and experience. Completed a computer skills test, an online customer service assessment, PI Behavioral Assessment, a computer speed test, and computer systems test. Then had a final Zoom interview. I felt good about it and got the offer.
