It was super easy, there is no interview. The only thing that takes time is waiting for your language to open up. There is only one group tech on-boarding where they go over a lot of questions.

I had to fill out a lot of information, and submitting anything was a pain, it either didn't work or I had to redo it. Everything was in one window, and it wouldn't accept my files even when they met the specs. A few days later, I got an email saying I didn't qualify. I have two English advanced degrees, 16 years teaching at universities, several years online, and 5 years ESL tutoring, yet I don't qualify to teach at iTalki? That's messed up. What do they even want? The site said they were looking for a professional teacher level who taught English.
