Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Itaú Unibanco.
Cashier
It was a lot... a lengthy and difficult process with many questions and phases that made it tiring and demotivating, to the point where I almost gave up because waiting was exhausting. Often there were many candidates, and we didn't know if we should dedicate ourselves fully.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Cashier
It was fanciful. They ask questions from American series, unprepared people who think they own the truth. The selection process reflects the institution, meaning it's bad. The problem is that the candidate despairs for the job and stays quiet.
- Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
Cashier
They want to choose someone who really wants to work in a bank because it's a challenging and competitive place. You need to present yourself well in the interview, dressed appropriately as expected. At some point, they will ask you to sell a company product or complete a challenge, like how to attract new clients.
- Can you tell me about your experience in sales, specifically selling credit letters?
- How would you go about selling a credit letter?
- What strategies would you use to bring in new customers for the company?
