Behavioral Technical

My internship interview at Itaú was quite good. The chat was relaxed and to the point, mostly about me, how I communicate, and if I'm into the sales side of things. I talked about why I want to join the bank, mentioning I like working with targets, dealing with people, and challenges, plus wanting to learn and grow there. I also mentioned I get along well with people, I'm organized, and keen to get better at sales and client relations. I showed I know the area I'd be working in and that I'm ready and eager to help the team by learning the day-to-day banking stuff hands-on. Overall, it felt like a behavioral interview, checking my attitude, initiative, and fit for the internship. I left feeling I communicated well, showed I'm interested in the role, and conveyed that I want to grow professionally at Itaú.

I thought the test was very well put together, with challenging questions that require reasoning and show care in preparation. As a suggestion, it would be interesting to provide the answers after grading, so we can reuse the test as study material. I also believe that, as in other specific tests, it would be valid to include practical activities in Data Science, perhaps in a Jupyter notebook with limited time, to evaluate in a more applied way. This type of initiative reinforces learning, reflecting our vision for the future and our commitment to protecting businesses in the digital world.

O processo todo demorou uma semana. Um gestor me contatou e a gente marcou a entrevista rapidinho.
