It was a very long process with many stages, requiring a lot of skills for the role. It felt like interviewing for an entire IT team, similar to most openings. They shouldn't demand so much for a Junior or Mid-level Developer.

Group Case Presentation

The interview was an online group dynamic. There was an initial time for introductions, and then candidates were divided into smaller groups for discussion. After the discussion, the groups presented their conclusions to everyone. Since there were many candidates, the presentation part was very long and tiring. Maybe because it was online, it was very difficult to find an opening to make comments and get some spotlight when the whole group was together.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • In the group dynamic, a real case involving Itaú bikes was proposed. The time to discuss with the group and prepare the talking points for the presentation was short. The total number of interviewees was large, which made the interview long and tedious, and also made it difficult to find space to speak up with the whole group.
