The interview process was organized and objective. It began with a presentation of the company and the role, followed by questions about my professional background, previous experiences, and behavioral competencies. During the interview, my communication skills, professional demeanor, and ability to handle administrative tasks and public interaction were also assessed. The atmosphere was welcoming, facilitating a clear and transparent conversation. At the end, the next steps of the selection process were explained, showing professionalism and respect for the candidate.

The selection process at Itaú was very well managed, with excellent organization and communication throughout the stages. Talking to the area heads, analysts, and managers gave a clear picture of the job's challenges and expectations. Later, the meeting with the superintendents was to the point and added depth, showing alignment, transparency, and respect for the candidate.

Entrevista com liderança direta. Foco em abordagem para resolver problemas (soft skills) e perguntas sobre principais ferramentas utilizadas. Pergunta sobre rotina/responsabilidades na atual posição (caso esteja empregado). Não informam salário na primeiro entrevista. Disseram que ainda estava sendo "pesquisado" pelo RH.
