The whole process was super easy! I saw a post about them hiring recruiters and sales folks, so I shot over a message and my resume to the TA person. She got back to me the same day and we set up a call for the next week. I figured it was just a quick chat to see if I was a fit, but it turned out to be the actual interview! By the end of it, she asked if I wanted to come in and meet the team for an on-site panel interview. That was set for the following week, and they offered me the job right then and there!
- What qualities do you believe make an effective recruiter?
- What drives you to get up and go each morning?
- What's the most important lesson you've learned in your life up to this point?

I got a message on LinkedIn from the HR Manager who first asked me some basic things about my past jobs and told me about the company and the job. We set up my first interview for the next day. Before that, I had some tests to do. The first interview was a panel with 6 recruiting managers, some came and went during the interview, which made it intense. It was pretty open and conversational, lasted an hour, and they said they'd call me the same day to set up the final interview. The HR Manager called me the next day and asked me to come in again the day after. The final meeting was with the CEO, Recruiting Director, and HR Manager. The CEO said this interview would be different, focused on mutual learning and fit. He seemed intimidating and harsh but passionate. He asked personal questions I wasn't ready for but really got to know me. This lasted 3 hours, then they talked privately and offered me the job on the spot. Everyone seemed happy, I got a tour, and met the team.
- What are your personal goals?

I had a phone interview with their internal recruiter, which was nice but repetitive and a bit passive aggressive. Then, there was a panel interview with over 5 people, some wandering in and out and on their phones. It felt like a firing squad of questions, and when I asked one question, the CEO dodged it and shut down the interview. The second round had a 1-on-1 and another group interview where the CEO was unprofessional and degrading. My questions were avoided again. It seemed like the company is poorly managed with unrealistic goals and a compensation structure designed to minimize costs. I left feeling they have outdated ideas and their employees are in a tough spot.
- Can you share an instance when you felt angry?
