Behavioral Case Presentation

The process at Its Destiny Recruiting is all about getting you ready for interviews with companies they partner with. First, they'll have an Initial Consultation where they'll chat about your career ambitions, your background, and the kind of job you're looking for, so they know how best to present you for roles. Then, there's a Skill and Fit Assessment where they'll look over your resume and profile to make sure it matches the jobs you're aiming for. After that, you'll get some Interview Prep, which includes mock interviews and personal feedback to help you polish your answers and show up confidently to the companies. You'll get Ongoing Feedback after each session to keep improving your interview game and make sure you're ready. Once you're all prepped, they'll line up Interview Opportunities with companies that fit what you're looking for and your skills.

Behavioral Technical Case

She reached out to me on Linked in for a potential opportunity she was recruiting for a client of hers. The process starts with a conversation about your goals, history, and metrics. Based on those answers, she evaluates whether it makes sense to talk through the opportunity. From there, she sends over a series of detailed requests and questions so that she can send your profile over to her client. She also sends over clear next steps and what to expect, which I really appreciate. My initial impression is that she is extremely picky about who she works with not only from a candidate perspective but also a company/leadership perspective, which immediately put me at ease and let me know I could trust her and her advice! She also sets you up to succeed as a candidate by make sure your resume and LinkedIn profile are optimized and in line with best practices for today’s job market.
