Customer Success Manager
I was skeptical going into this, knowing the recruiter came from a heavy SDR/AE pipeline and agency recruiters usually give me an 'eh' feeling. However, she was different. She really knew her stuff, was super transparent about everything, coached me on how to improve now and in the future, prepped me for what's next, was very clear about where I needed to shore up my weaknesses, and gave me a ton of homework. She did all this in 45 minutes, and I left feeling like it was the most useful chat I've ever had with a recruiter. I have so much confidence in her, I'm saying it again - she knows her stuff, projects that confidence, and made me feel so relieved, even though I have a lot of work to do. Next time, she'll be my first call. It was just an awesome experience.

Sales Development Manager
The interview experience was challenging but valuable, regardless of the outcome. I met with Destiny over Zoom, and she asked insightful questions about my motivations for this role, my past performance, lessons learned from previous positions, and my quota attainment. She also inquired about my industry experience and asked for specific examples of managing full-cycle deals, from prospecting to closing. To conclude, she outlined clear next steps and provided a comprehensive list of resources to help me prepare for future interviews.
