This is a unique interview process. First, IST sends you a camera to interview from your home with the Director/VP of HR. They send along some cool stuff too, like a cookie and branded items, and you get to keep the camera. If they like you, they fly you to Atlanta HQ for first-class accommodations, flights, hotel, and meals. You'll get to tour their flagship accounts to see their systems and have lunch with the VP of HR. Then, you'll interview with the Director of HR, Director of Marketing, have a panel interview with the VP of Operations, VP of Finance, and VP of IT, and finally, interview with the President of IST.

Behavioral Presentation

Started with a recruiter call about my background and if I was interested. Then, they flew me to HQ in Atlanta and paid for my hotel. The next day, I visited a client site to learn about the work, tech, and systems. After lunch with the recruiter, I had one-on-one interviews with the exec team. They use scorecards before meeting with the CEO. If the CEO agrees with the positive feedback, they make an offer that day. Drug screen and background check are done in a week, then training starts. It was a good way to learn about the company and meet the management team.

It was a pretty fast process. After I applied, the VP of HR called me within a few days for a phone chat. Next, I had a web-based interview. After that, they had me fly out to their main office to meet with the senior and executive folks. It was a really in-depth process, and I felt like they were checking to see if I'd fit their company culture, which was easy for me because I've been in this industry for ages and didn't need to pretend to be someone I wasn't. They offered me the job right there. Even before the offer, I enjoyed the interviews with multiple people. It was a good time.
