The interview process had a few phases. The recruiter was very communicative and professional, making the whole experience smooth. They were clear about expectations and requirements. The questions got harder in the second interview, which is normal.

The selection process involved 5 steps: an English test, an HR interview, an interview with CLT Directors, an APAC interview, and a background check. I was supposed to have the CLT Directors' interview and was told to wait for my schedule. I even followed up two weeks after a briefing with the Talent Management team about the CLT Directors' interview, and they still said to wait. After a few more weeks, I got a rejection email saying I wouldn't proceed to the CLT interview stage, even though I hadn't been interviewed yet. The talent team didn't give me a good reason for the rejection.
