I applied online back in February and after a couple weeks, I was contacted by a recruiter to set up a phone interview. That interview was pretty short, maybe 10 minutes, and we just talked about some basic things on my resume. Then, about a week later, the hiring manager got in touch to schedule a more technical interview. In that one, she asked me about my Python knowledge and more questions about my resume. A few days after that, I got the offer.

The hiring process really dragged on, and every interview had at least three people. They expected way more knowledge than I have as an intern with no prior experience, which felt unrealistic. Some interviewers were kind of condescending and made it a tough experience.
