Interview process at ISGN was good. The recruiter, Ravisankar, explained the company profile and job description before the interview. He finished the process on time. Smooth interaction with candidates and a very friendly HR. I've never seen such an HR anywhere else. He gave a great introduction and managed the interview process on time. First impressions matter, and Ravisankar impressed me. Got an offer within a day. Happy to join ISGN.

The interview process started with a written round focusing on basic JSP questions, which I didn't like because they weren't relevant to our actual code and didn't cover topics like Spring, Hibernate, Java, or design patterns. This was followed by a technical round where an interviewer with a difficult-to-understand accent asked me to reverse a string. After I did that, he wasn't satisfied, and I was told an HR call would follow. They could have just told me I wasn't selected right then. Note to self: avoid small companies unless they offer exceptional pay.
