First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at ISG Partners.
Associate Recruiter
It was like a 4-5 step process. First, I had a phone interview with the corporate recruiter, then a google meet with the team leads. After that, there was a video assessment, followed by a lunch interview, and finally an interview with the CEO. The whole thing took about one to two months.
- What motivates you to get into recruiting?
Associate Recruiter
made it to the final round of the interview process and had lunch with a few people from the company. SUPPPEEERRR fake vibe even though they pride themselves on "culture". I think something is wrong with their recruiting system bc after being denied a job there, I've had multiple girls reach out wanting me to interview with ISG AGAIN....to top it off one of the girls I had lunch with for the final interview ended up REACHING OUT 3 MONTHS LATER asking me if I wanted to interview with them AGAIN....obviously don't remember who they interview much less care, 10/10 wouldn't recommend this company to anyone ever
- Why are you interested in a career in recruiting?
Associate Recruiter
The whole interview process was very low-key and not intimidating. I really loved how they go about the process! The last round was going to lunch with employees and it really showed me how great the company culture is.
- Tell me why you think you're a good candidate for this role.
- Can you introduce yourself?
Recruiter
The process included an HR screening call, a Teams meeting with two Market Managers, a video assessment, and a team lunch. I didn't get the job after the final step, the team lunch. The women I met with mostly talked about non-work stuff, which felt misleading. I didn't get much chance to talk about the role or my qualifications. The process itself is straightforward, but their recruiting approach wasn't great.
- What makes you a good candidate for a company to hire?
