The iSchool interview process is mainly online and takes about 1-4 weeks. It involves a few steps to see if you know your stuff and can handle kids. You'll start with an HR chat, then do some one-way video interviews (using stuff like Willow), take technical tests, and finish with a demo lesson.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

First, you submit your CV through their website or job post. Then, there's a quick initial phone screening, about 10-15 minutes, just to see if you're still interested, when you're free, and if you can communicate okay. After that, you'll do a technical assessment, either online or live, testing basic programming stuff like loops and conditions. They might even ask you to explain some simple code like you're talking to a kid. Finally, you'll prepare and deliver a short demo lesson, 10-15 minutes, to show you can explain things clearly and keep beginners or kids engaged.
