HR reached out to me first to discuss the role. It was a casual chat where they reviewed my resume and asked some follow-up questions. Then, I had a phone interview with a supervisor where I answered questions about my past work. After that, I went in for an in-person interview. I checked in at the front desk and briefly met with HR and another person before meeting the two main interviewers. They asked a lot of 'tell me about a time when' questions, which felt really intense, like I was interviewing for a much higher role. Following that, I listened to some actual customer calls for about 10-15 minutes. Then, I spoke with another supervisor about my salary expectations. Finally, HR walked me through the benefits. I got a call with an offer soon after, but I declined it. The whole process felt like too much effort for the pay offered, especially after those demanding interviews.

You start by submitting your info online, then an HR person gives you a call to schedule the first interview. If they think you're a good fit, you'll get scheduled for a second interview with two managers from Customer Care. If they're impressed enough, they'll have you do a drug test and a background check, which is pretty standard. If you pass all that, they'll call you with your orientation date and you're all set to start!

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was pretty standard. First, there was a quick phone screening where they asked basic questions about my experience and availability. Then, two days later, I was contacted for a second interview, which was in person. I met with three people. The first person explained the position and asked some basic get-to-know-you questions. Then, I met with two interviewers who asked me to explain every past position in extreme detail. They also asked about six situational questions, requiring extreme detail to the point of possibly oversharing. Some questions were easy, but a few situational ones were hard to answer. One question was poorly worded, making it difficult to answer specifically without being too general about everyday work routines.
