Customer Service Representative
I applied online and then got a call for a phone interview with their HR Recruiter. After that, I was invited to their open interviews where I talked with one of the property managers. Then, I was interviewed by the general manager, and finally by the Senior Director of Marketing. All of these were one-on-one and the whole thing took about 4 hours all on that one day. They gave me the job offer right away the next day. Most of the questions were situational.
- Describe a situation where you resolved a resident's issue, but inadvertently caused a new one.
- Can you share an experience dealing with someone experiencing strong emotions?
- What draws you to customer service work?
Customer Service Representative
I went for walk-in interviews and there were about 5 other people there with me. First, two people interviewed me, and then they sent me to two more interviewers. I did pretty well in the interview, and they called me back to do a background check. But after that, I never heard back, even when I emailed or called them. They basically ignored me.

Customer Service Representative
The interview was about 30 minutes long, really quick and I felt super comfortable, almost like chatting with a friend. I got the offer right after, so that was it. They're looking for someone outgoing and a good problem solver. I was asked about tough situations from my past jobs.
- Can you tell me a bit about yourself?
- Can you share an example of a challenging situation from your previous work and how you dealt with it?
