I got a call from the owner, who had a colorful vocabulary, which I thought was funny. I decided to give the company a shot and went for an in-person interview. The ratio was 2:1, which made me uncomfortable and I thought it was unprofessional.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was straightforward and accommodating to my situation. There was an initial phone screen where the COO was transparent in what I should expect from the company. I was then scheduled for a video interview where I was interviewed by three other members of the leadership team. For my final interview, I was asked to come on site and met with the CEO.
