- What are your five-year career goals after completing your Master's degree?
Recruiter
There were 2 interviews total. It was not intimidating and everyone was nice. They want you to answer truthfully and it's more of a conversation than an interrogation. 1st interview is with the Directors and VPs. The 2nd interview is with the CEO and COO.
- How did you find out about our company?
- Do you have experience working in a fast-paced setting?
Recruiter
The interview process was straightforward and accommodating to my situation. There was an initial phone screen where the COO was transparent in what I should expect from the company. I was then scheduled for a video interview where I was interviewed by three other members of the leadership team. For my final interview, I was asked to come on site and met with the CEO.
