I got a call from the owner, who had a colorful vocabulary, which I thought was funny. I decided to give the company a shot and went for an in-person interview. The ratio was 2:1, which made me uncomfortable and I thought it was unprofessional.

A quick phone screen, then an interview with the department, followed by a meeting with operations and either the CEO or COO. They are direct and honest, but they swear a lot to test you. They'll discuss high turnover rates and employees who didn't work out.

It was smooth and professional, they asked me if I was interested in the position and also explained the job opportunity they were offering me very well. They explained the area where their hospital is located and gave a brief summary of the hospital's history and processes.
