Behavioral Presentation

Got contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn for the Tampa office, and there were three rounds. First was a quick call with the recruiter, then an interview with a manager. The last one was an onsite with role-play/mock demo. It was pretty clear how it would go, and the recruiter was cool. But the last interview was weird. The hiring managers seemed checked out, smirking and making faces like they had a private joke, while typing notes. Felt like they'd already decided no way, but they had to go through the motions. The process structure was fine, but their unprofessional vibe in the final round really made me rethink the company and culture. It's a bummer when you try hard and feel like they're not serious or already made up their mind. Good thing we didn't connect on this role, especially after seeing reviews about the culture.

Behavioral Other

Had a recruiter call first which was great, they asked relevant questions about my experience. Then had a second interview which was really bad. It was super short and they barely asked about my past or current work. The manager seemed more focused on personal stuff like my age, marital status, and my parents' jobs. The salary offered was okay but on the lower side for the company's size. I noticed online the company has high turnover, which makes sense now. The head of sales also acted like he was the owner and talked about his own career and English fluency instead of assessing my fit for the role.

Behavioral Technical

Had a telephone conversation and then a face-to-face interview. Two people interviewed me and asked questions about client acquisition and the sales process. There's one more interview pending; I received a call for the final interview. Overall, it was a great and professional experience discussing sales and business development with company officials.
