The panelist was very rude and unprofessional, the question asked were personal and not related to the position. I would request the management to record all the interviews and have them assessed as such unprofessional behavior is not acceptable

Behavioral

Had a pleasant chat with an Iron Mountain HR person. They asked some basic questions to check if I was a good fit and then clearly outlined what would happen next. What happened next was a complete ghosting. I tried reaching out to the HR person multiple times. They replied once saying they would check on my status, and then nothing. It's baffling how some companies operate and expect any sort of loyalty with such unprofessionalism.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I had phone, in-person and video conference interviews, depending on where the person I was speaking with was located. The interviewers were engaged and asked relevant questions. They were also able to provide good answers to my questions. I got the job offer, and I felt that the reality matched my expectations from the interviews. They appeared organized, and the process followed a clear structure.
