Ghosted After Interview! Disappointing Candidate Experience The initial outreach was fast, and the role sounded like a good match. The interview was scheduled quickly after the recruiter’s text, which I appreciated. After a 30-minute interview with the hiring team, I never heard back! NO update, no feedback, nothing. I followed the process in good faith, but the lack of any follow-up was unprofessional and left a negative impression of the company’s hiring practices. Respect candidates’ time by communicating decisions promptly. Even a short rejection email is better than silence. A professional process should value people whether they’re selected or not.
