This can be a bit of a hassle. You'll need to provide a lot of details since they do a really thorough background check, mainly because you'll be handling confidential stuff a lot. Usually, you'll have an interview with two people, often on the same day. If they hire you, you get an offer and can start right away. Because of the background check, the whole hiring process might take a few weeks.

The first step is a recruiter call, followed by a conversation with the hiring manager. It's best to reach the hiring manager since they're the ones who make the final call. After you've completed two phone interviews, you'll have an in-person meeting.

It started with a phone interview and then moved to 1 to 2 in-person interviews. The interview process felt very rigid, relying on a list of questions rather than allowing for a natural conversation. It didn't really feel like they got to know me as a person.
