I went through 2 interviews that I felt went really well. My skills and references are top-notch, and I have more than 10 years of call center customer service experience. In the end, I got a rejection letter. I wish I could have seen what an interview looked like for someone who got the job. They didn't give me any feedback, even when I asked for it.

So first I had a phone interview, and then about a week later I had a 1:1 interview. They kind of hinted I had the job but said they had to confirm with the HR team. Two days after that, I got the offer and they said to wait by the phone for the HR manager. The HR manager called and told me to get a background check done (they send a link) and also schedule a drug test within a few days. In the end, I had to turn down the offer because I got one closer to home.

I got hired through Randstad, which is an employment agency. I had two interviews in total. The first one was with the Temp-to-Hire agency, and then I had a second interview with Iron Mountain. The interview with Iron Mountain was a standard 'S.T.A.R.' type interview.
