Associate
The interview process was very neat and clean. The HR and the interviewers made the process as smooth as possible. The onboarding was also good without any hazzles. There were three rounds of interviews along with hr discussion.
- Can you walk me through your resume?
Junior Associate
There was an aptitude test focusing on accounts, followed by a group discussion and a personal interview. It was quite easy and friendly. Good communication skills are important. The group discussion was about role models. The personal interview included questions about accounts and family.
- Why do you think you're a good fit for this role?
Associate
It was a three part process. Mostly they asked about my past work, my duties, and the problems I ran into and how I dealt with them. They also checked my communication skills to see how well I can connect with people and answer their questions.
