The interview process goes smoothly and is very welcoming, if you feel overly nervous the manager would usually try to make you feel better. It is a scratch kitchen and a brewery so be prepared to have to know the menu in detail and be aware of menu changes. (Happens seasonally)

I talked with the general manager of the location. It was pretty relaxed and informal. They asked me some questions about myself and my experience serving. It seemed like they were mostly trying to gauge my conversational ability rather than asking specific questions about my past positions.
