I applied online and a recruiter got back to me pretty fast for a phone screen. There was an online questionnaire and then the on-site interviews were set up within a few weeks. The interviews included the program team and some cross-functional people. The whole process was really quick, and the recruiter was super responsive and helpful. Everyone on the team was really nice and upfront about what they were looking for in the role. They all seemed really happy about the company, which I've found to be true for most people here since I started. Morale is way higher than at other consumer electronics tech companies I've worked at. I interviewed on a Friday and got an offer the next Tuesday.

I applied through iRobot's site and got a questionnaire five days later. It took me a few days to send it back. No response for two weeks, so I figured that was that. Then, five weeks after sending it, I got an email saying I didn't meet the role's needs. It's good to have closure, but the wait was long. The questionnaire was detailed and helped with other interviews.

We had two calls, the first with the manager and then a team call. We discussed SQL and went through my resume. There was also a skills test. We talked about previous experiences related to the role and position, and how I would approach a specific problem and the reasoning behind it. They also asked about my testing approaches.
